This Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy as available on our various Electronic Platforms such as - websites, Mobile applications, Epaper & other services related to our various existing/future products owned and operated by D.B. Corp Ltd currently operating under the brand names known as Dainik Bhaskar, Divya Bhaskar, Divya Marathi, Money Bhaskar and Bhaskar English (collectively the "Services"), is a binding agreement between DB Corp Ltd., a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Plot No. 280, Near YMCA Club, Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway, Makaraba, Ahmedabad - 380051 and corporate office at FC 10 & 11, Sector 16 A, Film City, Noida -201301 (hereinafter referred to as “DBCL”/ “we”/ “us”/ “our”/”Company”) and the user (“you”/”User”/”your”). This Terms of Use is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws. These Terms of use govern your use and access to the content, resources, and tools for communication, public forums, commerce platforms, as contained in the Services, which may be available from time to time. You agree to access the product / Services, subject to the acceptance of Terms of Use as mentioned herein. If you disagree with any part of our Terms of Use mentioned herein, please do not use our Services.
